PC-Tier1 was created early in 2004 by Keith McCormick and Josh Hartin. Both felt that through their experience in their careers, a strong desire to succeed, and knowledge of both software development and technical engineering could play an important role in bringing support solutions to central Alabama. Originally created to provide PC Support for small to medium businesses around town. Like many small businesses we modified our core business model in order to match a demand.  We taylored our niche to be more of a computer based surveillance company. After multiple installations and a very happy clientele base, we are doing something that is making a difference, giving our customers a since of security through customer based solutions, and sterling customer service.

In the early part of 2006, PC-Tier1 was pleased to welcome Ronnie White and Benjamin Ingram to the team.  Ronnie's achievements during his law enforcement career brings the team a clear advantage to our competitors allowing us to offer expert surveillance solutions to our customers.  Ronnie already had experience working with us and agreed to take a Senior Partner position when he was hired.  Benjamin Ingram joined us about the same time bringing another key component to our team.  Benjamin has worked in the telecommunication sector for 9 years working various parts of the industry including training, administration, field operations and providing honest, fair, and even-handed customer service. Benjamin is our Director of Operation and we expect great things from him and our proud team.
